Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 November 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using Pullympus.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the Pullympus website, web app and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by the Pullympus team (“we”, “us”). By connecting a wallet, using the app or interacting with the Pullympus smart contracts through the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher.
  • You must not use the Service where games of chance, prize draws, digital collectibles or crypto-assets are prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
  • You must not be subject to sanctions, or acting for a sanctioned person or a person in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
  • We may restrict access from certain jurisdictions at any time.

3. The service

Pullympus provides an interface to smart contracts that let you pay a fixed price for a randomised draw (“pull”) of a tokenised graded trading card, sell cards back, trade them with other users and request delivery of the physical card. The smart contracts run on a public blockchain; transactions you sign are final once confirmed. We do not custody your wallet, your private keys or the tokens in your wallet.

4. Testnet

The Service currently runs on Elysium testnet. Test USDC, testnet cards and testnet tokens have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be reset or removed at any time. Testnet cards are placeholders and are not backed by physical slabs.

5. Pulls and odds

  • Each machine publishes its price, its tiers and the odds of each tier in its smart contract. The outcome of a pull is determined by a public drand randomness beacon verified on-chain; neither you nor we can choose it.
  • The value of a card you receive may be lower or higher than the price you paid. Most pulls return a card worth less than the pull price. Only spend what you can afford to lose.
  • A pull is final once committed. If its randomness round is never published, you may reclaim the price after 72 hours as described in the docs.

6. Cards, buyback and redemption

  • On mainnet each card token represents a graded card held by a third-party custodian. Holding the token entitles you to request delivery of that card under the redemption process and fees in effect at the time.
  • Buyback offers are made at settlement for a limited time and amount, and lapse when they expire or when the card is transferred. We may change offer terms for future pulls.
  • Redemption requires accurate shipping details and a fee. Delivery times depend on the custodian and carriers; import duties and taxes are your responsibility. Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier, subject to any insurance in place.
  • Card grades, certificates and market values come from third parties; we do not guarantee them.

7. Marketplace

The marketplace lets users list and buy cards from each other at prices they set. We are not a party to those trades. A fee of 2% of each sale goes to the treasury. Listings and sales are final once confirmed on-chain.

8. Points and $PULLY

  • Points record activity during a campaign. They have no monetary value, are not property, cannot be transferred or sold, and do not entitle you to any token, payment or right.
  • We intend to let points convert to the planned $PULLY token after mainnet. Whether, when and on what terms any conversion happens is at our discretion and will be set out in separate terms. Any token may be unavailable in some jurisdictions.
  • We may adjust, recalculate, withhold or remove points, including for sybil activity, wash trading, exploits or breaches of these Terms.

9. Your wallet

You are solely responsible for your wallet, its private keys and every transaction you sign, including gas fees. We cannot reverse transactions or recover lost keys or assets.

10. Prohibited conduct

  • Using multiple wallets or automation to farm points or otherwise game a campaign.
  • Wash trading, market manipulation or trading with yourself.
  • Exploiting bugs, attacking the Service or its infrastructure, or interfering with other users.
  • Using the Service for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful purpose.

Please report vulnerabilities to us privately on X before disclosing them; responsible reports will be credited.

11. Risks

Using blockchain applications involves risks including smart-contract bugs, network outages, failures of third-party services (randomness, price data, custodians, carriers, RPC providers), regulatory change and price volatility. Audits reduce but do not remove these risks. You accept them by using the Service.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or token.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or digital assets, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us through the Service in the 3 months before the claim arose.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on X, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions: @pullympus on X.
