How we use it
We use this data only to provide the Service: display your activity, issue redemption quotes, ship cards, calculate campaign points, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Public blockchain data
Transactions on Elysium, including your wallet address, pulls, trades, redemption requests and a hash of your shipping ticket, are public and permanent. We cannot change or delete blockchain records. Your shipping details themselves are never put on-chain.
Retention and security
Shipping tickets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM on our servers and kept until the redemption is complete and any delivery claims are settled; after that you can ask us to delete them. Rate-limit records are kept in memory for minutes. Access to operational data is restricted to the team members who run redemptions.
Browser storage
We use no tracking cookies. The app stores a few settings in your browser's local storage: your acceptance of these terms, and your wallet connection preferences (stored by the wallet library). You can clear them in your browser at any time.
Your choices
You can use the app without giving us any personal details. If you redeemed a card, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your shipping details once delivery is complete, subject to legal retention duties. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under data-protection law.
